You can take your unit to any brand authorized repair facility for
your unit this means if it is an authorized manufacturer repair facility by the
manufacturer of your unit you can take it there for a repair. All you need to
do is call CPS and make a claim against your unit. (Prior to a repair being
done.) |
In-Home Service
When it comes to major Appliances and TVs that are incredibly big and
fragile we send a technician to your home to service your unit. It's convenient
it makes your life trouble-free well that's our job. IMPORTANT REMINDER: If
your equipment cannot be repaired on-site, CPS will facilitate shipping of your
product and will pay for all related shipping charges, trip costs, insurance
charges, and depot/shop charges. |

inspect your product annually to ensure of no defects. (Please note this only
applies to video and digital camera products)

No Repair Bills
Out-of-pocket expenses will be eliminated for covered repairs! CPS

Replacement Policy
If your product can not be repaired, it will be replaced with product
of concurrent type and caliber. |
No Lemon Policy
We want to make sure you are happy with your product. If your product
fails and is repaired, three times for the same reason, (outside the
manufacturer's warranty), CPS will be replace it. |
In addition to protecting you from high repair
costs, service contracts are designed to make repairs for your equipment as
hassle-free as possible. Many times, equipment can be repaired in the
convenience of your own home. However, some products must be returned to the
manufacturer or a depot facility for advanced technical repair, repairs cannot
be safely made on-site, the manufacturer's policy requires it, or if you're not
located within 60 miles of the nearest service provider. A service contract
does NOT change or alter the terms of the manufacturer's warranty or their
procedure for repair.

What exactly is an extended service plan?
An extended service plan with us differs in many ways than a plan from our
competitors. While many companies may offer extended service on unit only ours
guarantees that you will receive the best product support and after sale
service on all your covered products. This in turn will save you time and money
if an unexpected repair becomes necessary.

How is this different than the manufacturer's
warranty?
A manufacturer's warranty usually offers limited coverage for a specified
limited time, with parts and labor carrying separate rules. (for example many
products may carry a 1 Year warranty with 90 days on parts) A CPS Extended
Service Plan provides comprehensive longer term coverage (up to 5 Years Parts
& Labor depending on product and plan) along with the highest level of customer care and support.

Can I renew my extended service plan?
Yes, service plans are renewable. A renewal request form must be submitted 30
days prior to the expiration date of the service plan. Please call CPS for all
your renewal options at (800) 905- 0443.

What should I do if I do need service?
There are two options you can take to receive service. The first is to call our
toll free number (800) 905-0443 to initiate a claim. The other option is to
log on to www.cpscorporation.com
and click "Make a Claim". Please have your Membership ID and Original
sales receipt ready. It is that easy!

Who will perform the service on my product?
We currently work with over 11,000 authorized service professionals throughout
the country to serve you. Each technician is committed to providing excellent
service on all your products. Don't forget to make sure you fill out our

What if I transfer my service contract to another
person?
Our service contracts are 100% transferable. If you would like to exercise you
transfer option on your covered product just let us know in writing and we will
take care of the rest for you.

Will I have to pay a deductible or any other 'hidden
costs'?
NO! Our plans provide our customers with 100% coverage on parts and labor for a
specified time frame (beyond the manufacturer's warranty). There are no
deductibles or hidden costs associated with our service plans.
