hearing aid or cochlear implant to the T or MT position to activate the t-coil

This was reviewed as part of a large number of devices done by our group.
This was rated as acceptable by 60% of our reviewers and lower by the rest. Biggest complaint was that it was not loud enough. Users with BTE hearing aids and glasses did not like the additional t-hook device on their ear. With the loop option the volume was OK to marginal for these users.
Sound clarity was generally acceptable.
