placed and an order number is established, we are unable to guarantee that we
can cancel or change your order after it has been placed. Backorders may be

were damaged, lost or not delivered on time due to our delivery companies (UPS,

condition with the original packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and
accessories. No refunds or exchanges will be made without the original packaging

proper credit for your Cordless Workz return, please label the outside of the
shipping box with your RA # and include this number in the address as noted
below. We recommend that you use UPS or
FedEx for shipping your return to us since these shippers will provide a
tracking # for your shipment. We are not responsible for return shipments
that have been lost by shippers.
Returns without a RA# will likely result in a delay in processing and will be
subject to an additional 10% processing fee (besides any applicable shipping or restocking fees) .

your package and credit your account. Your item must be in its original

Ground Shipping within the continental U.S. is
